What makes Experiences unique?

Experiences by Sellebrate are special activities and gifting ideas for spending memorable moments and cherishing fun and happiness with your friends, family and loved ones. Experiences from various categories ensure we have something for everyone.

How do I choose an Experience?

Experiences can be picked from different Category Sections such as Adventure, Gourmet, Gift Products, Tours & Getaways, Hobbies & Activities, Kids, Romantic and Pamper. The Experience detail page shows the location, city, group size limits and time slots as applicable including the activity description. This will help you finalise and choose a desirable activity.

What happens after I book an experience?

You will get an order confirmation mail after booking. Sellebrate will confirm the booking from the vendor and then share a booking confirmation mail with the venue details and voucher code. Please take the print out of this email voucher and redeem your experience at the venue.

Can I change the booking date?

Booking date and time slot cannot be changed once you receive booking confirmation mail.

Are there any Terms and Conditions involved?

The Terms and Conditions for every experience can differ. Please refer on the Experience Detail page for details.

I placed an order for experience and chose the wrong group size or location ? What can I do?

We are all ears for your problem. Any change request can be considered before booking confirmation email is received by the customer. Please review the booking carefully before placing the order.

Are the prices inclusive of all taxes ?

Yes, all prices for experiences listed on our site are inclusive of GST as applicable.

What is the difference between an E Gift Card, Physical Card and a Voucher?

E Gift Card is the most widely used gift method in the form of an electronic receipt as it is convenient, reliable and always accessible. It provides comfort to the person gifting it and also for the receiver as he or she gets freedom to choose as per their utility and requirements.

Physical Gift Card is usually the shopping card you receive at popular retail outlets like Pantaloons, Max and Lifestyle etc. they are to be redeemed at store and can also be redeemed for online shipping based on the brand.

Vouchers are similar to Physical Gift Cards but with a fixed denomination and cannot be reloaded or partially redeemed.

How do I order a Gift Card?

Ordering a Gift Card through Sellebrate.in is easy. Follow the steps below for a hassle free ordering.

  • Select the card type like gift card, e-card, shopping card, e-voucher.
  • Choose the denomination and quantity you want to buy. Click on the ‘Buy Now’ option and you will be directed to the Checkout page.
  • Create an account by registering or you can also proceed by entering your email id.
  • Add your personal information and proceed. Done! You will soon receive a confirmation mail for your order.
  • Where are these Gift Cards accepted?

    Usage of Gift Cards is dependent on the respective brand’s ‘Terms and Conditions’. Gift Cards are generally accepted in all the participating retail outlets of a specific brand listed with us. Please go through the guidelines of ‘Terms and Conditions’ on the brand’s page. Also, please read the ‘Special Provisions’ as mentioned on the ‘Terms and Conditions’ tab on a particular Gift Card.

    Does a Gift Card have an expiry date?

    Gift Cards or E-Cards come with a validity of 3-12 months which might change according to the brand or retailer. Always look at the ‘Terms and Conditions’ on the products page before buying and proceed to the checkout page.

    Are there any Terms and Conditions involved?

    The Terms and Conditions for every Gift Card or E-Card can differ, so reviewing the ‘Terms and Conditions’ will give you a very clear idea and help you with your decision.

    I placed an order for XYZ brand but received a wrong product on delivery. What should I do?

    Can Gift Cards be used for online orders?

    Most retailers or brands allow gift cards to be used for online purchases. However, in case the retailers make changes in their policies, please contact the particular retailer for updated terms and conditions.

    I have registered account and tried to log in but it shows ‘Invalid Email Id or Password’. How to proceed?

    How many Gift Cards can I order in one purchase?

    You can buy Gift Cards of a total value of Rs. 50,000 in a single transaction. In case you would like to order for more than the prescribed amount, please feel free to contact us directly at sales@sellebrate.in.

    I received the Gift Card from the correct brand but with an incorrect balance? What to do?

    I am a registered account holder on Sellebrate, but does the person for whom I am buying should also be registered?

    Great question! It is not important for the recipient to be registered on our portal in case you are purchasing on his/her behalf. But, we always appreciate your efforts to spread the word about Sellebrate.

    I wanted to use Gift Card but the retail outlet does not accept it. What to do?

    We do understand your concern. Please always read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of the Gift Cards from specific brands to check their validity and usage. The use of Gift Cards varies from brand to brand. So, before you go out on a shopping spree, get those ‘Terms and Conditions’ right.

    My order status shows Delivered, but I have not received my Gift Card. What should I do?

    Can I use the Gift Card to purchase something online?

    In order to use your Gift Card for making a purchase in either online or offline, please read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of a specific brand thoroughly. You can use most of the Gift Cards of specific brands to purchase online. Happy Shopping!

    How do I pay for a Gift Card?

    We have curated convenient methods of payment for you. We accept Debit/Credit Card/Net banking or Paytm wallet. The payment options are exclusively mentioned in the "Check out" page.

    Are there any hidden charges or tax?

    No, we do not charge any sales tax for Gift Cards and shipping charges are free unless mentioned for a particular brand. Our policies are transparent and the price you see is what you get.

    Will I receive an invoice along with the order?

    Of course, we do send an invoice to your registered account. Log in and you will find the invoice for your purchase in the ‘My Orders’ tab.

    Will I receive confirmation after placing my order?

    Yes, we will send you a prompt confirmation for your order at your registered email address and mobile number.

    You don’t seem to be delivering in my Pin Code, how should I order for a gift card?

    I have placed an order for Gift Card quite some time back. There are no traces for the same. What is the status?

    What methods of payment do you accept?

    As of now, we accept all forms of online payment via Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking or Paytm wallet. In case you do not have an existing account with the payment wallet option, you would be required to create a new wallet to complete the payment process.

    What if I want to do a transaction of more than Rs 10,000 through a wallet?

    As per the RBI guidelines, you need to upgrade your wallet by completing the KYC documentation in order to transact over Rs 10000 per month. Hence, in case you are planning to buy card(s) with value more than Rs 10,000 in a month, you would need to get KYC approved on the wallet account selected.

    How do I Sell my Gift Cards to Sellebrate.in?

    The process is easy. Follow the steps listed below:

  • Step 1: Choose ‘Sell Gift Cards’ from our Home Page.
  • Step 2: Enter all the basic details such as Brand Name, Validity, Value, Card Type. As soon as you click on ‘Get Offer’, you would receive an Instant offer for us. This is the value we would pay you back for this card!
  • Step 3: If you find our offer interesting, accept and continue
  • Step 4: Register on www.sellebrate.in and provide us your contact details, address information. We would be looking to reach you soon! You can also login using your Facebook or google profile
  • Step 5: Once you complete your information, just help us with some more details on the Gift Cards you’re looking to sell!
  • Step 6: We transfer all our payments to you using Paytm – so, don’t forget to check your mobile number once again before sharing it. If payment is over Rs. 10000, then we would collect KYC documents from you and transfer the amount directly to your Bank Account.
  • As soon as Step 6 is completed, you would receive a confirmation email and SMS for your Sell Order. Our representative will visit you after this to collect the Physical Gift Cards.

    You will receive payment via Paytm wallet / Bank Transfer within 3-7 business days on successful verification of your Gift Card details. Keep Selling Gift Cards and continue to monetize your unwanted Gift Cards!

    How do I know I’ll receive payment after sending you my Gift Card?

    In the case of an online e-voucher or gift card, the payment would be credited to your account within 7 working days after verification.

    In case of physical gift cards or vouchers, our officer visits your residence for Gift Card pick up and verification. He/she will provide you with a confirmation receipt. our acceptance of your Gift cards. You will receive the payment via Paytm wallet/ Bank Transfer within 7-10 days’ post verification.

    In case the balance in the card is appropriate, we will send you a mail confirmation hence informing you about the same. Further, the transfer would be provided to you within 3 to 7 working days using Paytm / Bank Transfer after this notification.     What if I want to do a transaction of more than Rs 10,000 through a wallet?

    You need to provide 2 sets of KYC Documentation and Bank Account details to us. Acceptable KYC Documentation is – Govt. Issued Driving License, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card. Bank Account details to be provided is – Account Name, Bank Name and Address, Bank IFSC Code, Bank Account Number, Bank Account type (Savings/ Current).

    How many cards can I sell to Sellebrate.in?

    As many as you like! However, please ensure the validity of your Gift Card is intact and it falls under our list of categories. You can sell Gift Cards of a total offer value of Rs. 50,000 in a single transaction. In case you would like to sell for more than the prescribed amount, please feel free to contact us directly at sales@sellebrate.in.

    Which brands do you accept in case of selling?

    Our brands fall under the broad categories of apparel, food, fashion, travel, movie and sports. We are steadily increasing that scope and adding new categories very regularly! Please check our sell Gift Cards section.

    What type of cards can you sell?

    You find a variety of cards ranging from E-Vouchers to Physicals Cards and Shopping Cards. Choose your type from your favourite brand and proceed to save and make easy money! Do ensure the Gift Card is redeemable for the amount of credit that you state through the Service and the Gift Card does not have any special conditions or restrictions of minimum or independent usage.

    Do you accept expired or about to expire Gift Cards?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept gift cards that are expired. So don’t wait for it to expire!

    We accept gift cards with expiry date of more than one month.

    Rewards FAQs

    Do I get rewards just for Registration?

    Yes, Sellebrate.in gives you credit in Sellebrate wallet known as “Rewards” for registration. The amount varies as per the promotion applicable at the time of registration.

    How do I redeem these Rewards?

    The rewards get accumulated as credits in the Sellebrate wallet. These can be redeemed during checkout from the Rewards wallet tab. The balance in the wallet is shown along with the redemption amount possible. For Example, if subtotal to be paid is Rs. 1500 and there are Rs. 1000 as rewards with maximum 10 % of rewards that can be applied, user can redeem Rs. 150 only from wallet. Rs. 850 balance will remain in the wallet and can be redeemed in subsequent purchase.

    How do I earn rewards by inviting my friends to Buy and Sell at Sellebrate?

    Sellebrate encourages you to refer your friends and family. You can invite them from “Refer a Friend” page on My account section. For each referral successful registration, wallet would be credited with rewards as per the ongoing Referral promotion.

    How can I earn more rewards?

    Your Sellebrate wallet rewards are credited not only for registration and referrals but also for each purchase made. The Rewards wallet section in My Account shows the statement of all credits and redemptions.

    What all Brands rewards can be applied on?

    Rewards cannot be redeemed on Amazon.in, Freecharge, Sellebrate, Smaaash.

    How will my Gift Card be delivered?

    At Sellebrate.in, we ensure timely delivery of the package. We have partnered with DTDC, Aramax and other leading logistics services to deliver your gift card with utmost care and safety.

    What is the time taken for delivery?

    The delivery for Gift Cards varies from region to region. Usually, the estimated time is 3-10 business days. However, we deliver to many places much earlier.

    Are there any shipping charges involved?

    Shipping is free for most of the brands. However, please read the respective brand’s ‘Terms and Conditions’ thoroughly before ordering.

    How will the Physical Gift cards that I sold to Sellebrate be collected?

    At Sellebrate.in, we have partnered with DTDC, Aramax and other leading logistics services for secured collection of your Gift Cards. Please enclose your card in a sealed envelope with Sellebrate Postal Address – 1411 Galleria Towers, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122009. Our representative would contact you to schedule the pickup.
